UHC Empire

To promote the State of NY health system, we designed this campaign that focused on the trust that employees of the state would have working with UnitedHealth Group. The goal was to continue building on previous campaigns and messages that would drive members to engage with our clinical and wellness services. The main objective of the campaign was to target and engage the “high value” members to call, enroll in a clinical program and/or close gaps in care. These members have been tagged as chronic unstable, complex, or catastrophic, and are likely dealing with active health issues. Most of them have a chronic illness and could be overwhelmed with claims/paperwork and costs associated with managing their health challenge. The primary call to action is for members to engage with The Empire Plan NurseLine. Calls to the line increased after the release of program.
