Ice Miller was expanding key offices and needed a recruiting piece that could attract top legal talent while reinforcing the firm's national reputation and unique culture. Rather than creating standalone materials for each location, the objective was to establish a flexible communications framework that could be tailored to different markets while maintaining a consistent brand experience.

I designed a modular recruitment system built around editorial storytelling, market-specific messaging, infographics, office statistics, attorney profiles, and local photography. The resulting templates provide a scalable foundation that can be adapted for future offices, helping the firm communicate both its national strength and the unique character of each local market.
