Capturing a Customer Transformation

Siemens Healthineers partnered with Furst, one of Norway's leading diagnostic laboratories, to modernize its testing facility through a year-long consulting engagement. The challenge was to capture not only the finished lab, but the collaboration and expertise behind its transformation.

We produced a documentary-style customer story combining authentic interviews with recreated working sessions to showcase the consulting process from planning through implementation. The video became a valuable marketing asset, demonstrating Siemens Healthineers' consulting expertise while giving prospective customers a compelling example of what's possible through strategic partnership.
