The "HOW" concept was crafted as part of Optum Health’s overarching branding campaign and was specifically tailored for the Optum Serve team’s social media outreach. Optum Serve is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to military service members, veterans, and their families. This campaign aimed to raise awareness of the broad spectrum of physical and emotional health services available to support the well-being of both active duty and veteran personnel.
The social media ads focused on showcasing the full range of healthcare services, with an emphasis on both physical and mental health support. From injury recovery and rehabilitation to emotional health resources like counseling and stress management, the campaign was designed to highlight the holistic care available to service members. By featuring real stories and powerful visuals, we were able to effectively communicate the message that Optum Serve is there to support military personnel in every aspect of their health, both inside and out.
